The ambience, cleanliness, location and breakfast. Location is absolutely perfect. Dinner in the garden was amazing. Choice at breakfast was exceptional. Beds were soft but not too soft.

Excellent service level by the staff in all areas of the hotel - very friendly and helpful ! High quality room and interior decor of the hotel. A very good bar and restaurant - for meals or to just lounge and have a drink in the evenings. Both indoor and outdoor seating possible . Location is great - just a 15 minute walk from the town center.

A true 5 star hotel. The food in the main restaurant was of excellent quality and service was also fabulous. Comfortable beds in a good size room. Large bathroom. Towels were changed twice a day if you used them. Turn down service.

Amazing room. Turn down service was such a nice touch. Executive lounge was beyond expectations. Absolutely loved it and the terrace there. Service there and everywhere was wonderful!

great position only a short walk to the Old Town yet right next to the beautiful Mirabell Gardens. Bar and Reception staff and Concierge were great.

Very nice breakfast with high quality options and variety. Location is perfect, practically inside Mirabel Garden and beautiful walking route to old town. Staff very friendly, specially Maryna from the front desk who always went out of her way to help us with everything.

The staff were so friendly and helpful the hotel inside is stunning the rooms ate perfect we couldn’t praise the hotel enough! The best hotel we have stayed at by far. We had a nightmare journey and our cases were delayed but the hotel, the room and the view made it all better
